When you buy a product or join Premium, the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) collects your name, email address and payment details at checkout. I receive your name, email and order details — never your full card number or PayPal credentials.

If you create an account to access your purchases, your email address is stored so you can sign in and download your products.

Basic, anonymous usage analytics (page visits, button clicks, device type) are collected to understand which pages and offers perform well. No advertising trackers or third-party data brokers are used.

Your information is used to deliver your purchase (download links, access emails), give you access to your account and Premium content, answer support messages, and process refunds when applicable.

Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Their handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policies. NateAssets never stores or has access to your full payment card details.

Order records are kept as long as needed to deliver your products, provide account access and meet legal or accounting obligations. Support conversations are kept so ongoing issues can be followed up.

You can request a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time through the contact page. Account deletion removes your sign-in and access to purchased downloads.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
